On the 8th Day of Christmas

On the Eighth Day of Healthy Christmas I headed to the gym for interval step class plus weights. Nice motto I have - arrive late, leave early. The kids are out of school so there's no routine to keep us together. I'm having a horrible time getting up in the morning since I'm up SO late at night. I pushed through the class quite confident in the routines. A bit bugged that I was called out of class before the cool down stretches because Jayson had a stinky diaper.
