On the 3rd Day of Healthy Christmas, the gift I gave to me was Strength Training Workout. Boosted the cardio on the step. Then it was free weights for arms and shoulders, squats with kickboxing punches, lounging squats, plies while holding weights, inclined pelvic lifts, sit ups, bum lifts, and whatever else was crammed into that class. I was winded, smelly, and exhausted.
But since it's raining today, I had these additional workouts:
Gear kids with coats & boats
Operate umbrellas
Pick Jayson up out of the streaming gutter
Carry 16 lbs of weights into Bally's while trying to navigate Jayson from puddles. (I CAN'T use the 8 or 10 lb weights at the gym, so I started bringing lighter weights from home).
Climb the stairs up to class with 16 lbs of weights
Chase Jayson out of Bally's and save him from the street while carrying 16 lbs of weights
Change Jayson from head to toe into dry apparrel.
Pick Jayson up out of the streaming gutter AGAIN.
Balance a huge umbrella with one hand while setting up stroller with other.
Navigate stroller with one hand while leaning umbrella over baby in stroller in pouring rain.
Reload stroller, umbrella, and child into vehicle repeatedly.
Chase Jayson around family room after announcing it's naptime.
Change laundry repeatedly (how much does one family's jeans weigh????)
I'm feeling it already. Don't even need to wait until tomorrow. And the day is not over yet!!!!
