Jacob is really good with his hands and he likes working on projects quietly off on his own. Jon pulled out some of his old Lego building sets and Jacob has fallen in love with them. He spends hours reading the directions and putting them together himself. It was cute to find him at his workbench on Sunday morning.
What usually happens each Sunday morning, is that I TRY to catch a few extra minutes of sleep (all my kids get up around 6:30 a.m.) As I come downstairs I am greeted by FORTS everywhere. Usually ALL the blankets and pillows are pulled out and then buckets of toys are dumped in to make everything more cozy. This week James actually used Jon's FedEx boxes for the base and then added the princess wing along the side for Jessica. Messy, but cute.
