Our Stake has a huge Pioneer Day Celebration every year on the Saturday after July 24th. This year there were wonderful displays of Mormon Battalion memorabilia. There was panning for gold (which all the kids thought was real), a gun display, rope making, pioneer games, ring toss, black smith shop, horse-drawn wagon rides & pioneer doll making. Add that to BBQ sandwiches, sweetest corn on the cob, wonderful company, & pie and you've got yourself a nice evening.
Our kids played and played.
This slide show is dedicated to my sister Laneea to illustrate the new slideshow maker from Picasa. I also want to point out that NO photoshop was used. All pics are SOOC.
Enjoy!
P.S. This is the extra large (600 px) size.
