While the boys were away, Jessica & I were able to spend some special time together. We went to the mall & ordered ice cream cones from Ben & Jerry's. I got to eat mine & 1/2 of Jessica's melted one. Yeah for the extra calories. Jessica was too excited to play in the fountain along with the other dozen kids.
Later that night we read bedtime stories and I tucked her into bed in her purple butterfly tent that Daddy had set up in her room. She played with her flashlight before falling off to sleep. Around 3 a.m. I checked on her and she had rolled the tent over and collapsed it. Different kind of bedroll. I pulled her out of the wreckage and put her in her toddler bed.
The next morning we ate frozen french toast and stayed in our pajamas past noon when the boys returned.
How sweet! She gets more and more beautful everyday. Just like her Mommy!
