Jon & I haven't been on a date since the first part of May. We scheduled a babysitter and everything for Memorial Day afternoon, but we had to cancel. Jayson was still getting over his ear infection, but I was the bigger problem. I had a pounding migraine/sinus headache for nearly 48 hours. So Jon took the 3 older kids out to the movies so I could stay home and rest. Fun for them, boring for me. Tuesday didn't go much better for me - except that I was well taken care of so I could rest. Jon ran the carpools and did the grocery shopping. He was going to cook too, but my other dear friend Sara brought us dinner. When I should have been preparing dinner, I was taking the nap that helped me finally start feel better. Jon essentially took the day off so I could get back on my feet.
I cut Jayson's hair. I stared at him all that day just trying to get used to it.
Jessica ALWAYS picks dandelions (and most other flowers too if you're not careful). It was so fitting when she gathered all these yellow blooms on our little photo adventure. I can't keep my eyes off of these photos. I made them into my screensaver.

beautiful pics!
