Purchase Complete

I've had the 24-inch iMac sitting in my virtual shopping cart for two weeks. I'm SO excited that I was finally able to click the checkout button. Our PC is being passed along to our kids and their school projects. Currently it is bogged down with my hundreds of Walt Disney World pics and dozens of Pinewood Derby pics. I need to make another backup copy so I don't lose sleep and then Jon will rebuild the computer.

I have LOVED my Elements photo organizer, but will be retiring it soon as I upgrade to full-blown Photoshop. I'm super excited!!! I've loved that I can pull up my images and compare them, rank them, and then decide which to edit. Currently I can't load anything into my Organizer which really puts a wrench into my workflow. I'd love to know more about Photoshop user's workflow. I'm only kinda familiar with iPhoto. I take WAY more photos than I ever plan on editing.

Anyway, I feel stuck in the mud while we're moving slow. Still trying to take photos, just not posting them as much. Hope things speed up with the new system.
