WHAT kind of cake is THAT?! you might be asking. Well it's a Shiny Tangela Pokemon of course. I guess the original creature is purple (but I didn't have time to track down a store crazy enough to carry purple licorice strings). Apparently when he reaches shiny status (I don't actually know what that means) he turns red - PERFECT!!!!
I prepared a fancy ganache instead of the typical frosting because Jacob has decided that he doesn't like frosting anymore. I can't seem to get anything posted or edited. I'm always overwhelmed after returning from our Utah trip with 1000+ images. What was I thinking?!!!!
I just thought it was a Jacob look a like :) Curly hair and all.
