I guess all that hair shaving has paid off. Jacob feels a deep bond for his dad. He sat with him during his first ultrasound and took him for his first CT. Jon has also been involved with taking him to clinic appointments. Jacob is often found cradled in his dad's arms.
Jacob refused to go to his CT appointment with me today. He wanted to be with his Dad. So I'll busy myself with errands of the day and needs of my younger children. In my heart, I'll be sitting in the CT scan room.

We are all praying for you and your Jake. Hope all goes well with the scans. I am so impressed that Jon shaved his head. What a great dad

ReplyDeleteAwesome photo! Jon looks great. Steve shaved his head once (on accedent)and I couldn't even look at him. Jake will remember that gesture always.

ReplyDeleteI have adopted the phrase from Elder Wirthlin's talk this past Oct. "Come what may ...and LOVE IT" You are certainly taking this day by day and enjoying every moment with Jacob. And.. that is the BEST you can do!
