If I had a web cam, he would have me stream the championship game live to him. As it is, I'll be texting him updates and sending him a copy of the video footage of the game for him to watch and analyze. There's nobody who loves basketball more than my dad - NOBODY. And if you are talking about one of his grandkids playing on the team... you never will meet a more dedicated fan.
If it didn't take 9 hours to get to our gymnasium and if he didn't have to work on Saturday and if gas wasn't over $4 per gallon and if it wasn't just plain foolish, you better believe that he would be sitting in the bleachers cheering louder than three rows of cheerleaders.
Last night I woke up at 2:05am and almost got in the car and drove to to the game. I am at MacDonalds using there Wifi to post. Go Jacob and James play your bests I wish I was their. Love Grandpa.....your excited fan in Riverton Ut

ReplyDeleteThis is so true about our dad. He has visited us more in the past few months more than he has in the 6 years we have lived in Huntington. So fun to have him at my house when Jaylynn was playing her finals. When we went up last week end he told us all about the game and told us that he wishes he could of been there. GO BOYS!!
